Returns & Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me on mansi@kolligraphy.hk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues
We make sure to inspect every item before it leaves the studio, but in the rare occasion that you have received the wrong item, or it has broken during shipment, please email me within 7 days days of receipt at mansi@kolligraphy.hk with your Order number, an explanation and pictures. I will be in touch to access the situation and help resolve.
